I Don't Want to Be An Irrational Religious Fanatic!

The fact that Darwinian evolution contradicts the Bible on fundamental issues is a very good reason to disagree with it (see my site called Did God Use Evolution?), but macroevolution fails completely on scientific grounds as well. Don’t believe for a minute that this is a religion vs. science issue! Modern science was founded by people who believed firmly in God (see below), and a growing number of scientists today are willing to make their voices heard (both religious and non-religious) in opposition to Darwinian evolution as it is being taught in the public education system because it is simply bad science.1

Textbooks and the popular media (including the Public Broadcasting System) are very slow to change, being shackled by the personal biases of their editors and producers. Therefore, they’re often years behind current scientific developments and have been known to ignore new scientific data if it upsets their status quo.2  When it comes to the subject of origins, most people don’t realize that behind the cameras and magazine stories, the scientific community is actually in crisis.3  If you take the time to delve into some of the material referenced in the notes, you will find that Darwin’s “bad idea” is on the road to extinction.
